Brussels, 9 June 2025 – On 4 and 5 June, Textile4All had the privilege of participating with its own stand at the first edition of the Textiles Recycling Expo 2025, held in Brussels. This innovative event brought together key players from across the textile and recycling value chain to jointly address one of today’s most urgent environmental challenges: textile waste management and valorisation.

Over the course of two dynamic days, the expo provided a unique space for networking, technological exhibition and strategic reflection for recyclers, waste managers, textile manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders committed to sustainability. Visitors were able to discover the latest developments in sorting, shredding, and recycling technologies for fibres, fabrics, garments and footwear.

In addition to the exhibition area, the event featured a packed programme of high-level conferences of great relevance for the sector, where key topics were discussed regarding the present and future of textile recycling in Europe. Industry leaders, technology innovators and policymakers came together to share knowledge, discuss challenges and propose collaborative solutions towards a more circular and sustainable textile industry.

The Textile4All stand served as a meeting point for showcasing the project’s results and promoting dialogue with professionals from all over Europe. Members of the Textile4All consortium, including representatives from Finnova and the Spanish association Educación, Cultura y Solidaridad (ECYS), were present to share experiences, answer questions and explore future opportunities for collaboration in sustainable textile innovation and social inclusion.

Textile4All’s presence at the fair marked not only a moment to showcase the project’s achievements in promoting circular economy, social inclusion and green skills training in the textile sector, but also represented the final public event of the project, which now comes to a close.
